工作原理
根據(jù)水力渦旋原理，采用了全新設計的轉(zhuǎn)子，并對碎漿機主槽體結(jié)構(gòu)進行了優(yōu)化設計而成，該機主要特點如下：
轉(zhuǎn)子的幾何尺寸經(jīng)過優(yōu)化設計降低了設備功耗，槽體和阻流板的優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)能充分混合漿料，較低的輸入功率便可產(chǎn)生強烈的渦流，使餐廚垃圾各組分之間產(chǎn)生強烈的摩擦力（非機械作用力），從而保證了恒定的流解效率，篩板與轉(zhuǎn)子間隙可調(diào)，高效疏解，低碎片含量，高碎解濃度，最大濃度可達10%，較小的槽體體積。
本機結(jié)構(gòu)設計新穎、合理，碎漿濃度高，具有節(jié)水、節(jié)能、占地面積少等優(yōu)點，是餐廚垃圾破碎制漿階段的理想設備。
