WORKING PRINCIPLE

適用于稻麥草、蘆葦、木片、竹片、蔗渣、棉稈、玉米稈、龍須草、麻類、灌木、枝極材、木屑、木條等原料的直接粗磨，可直接將原料處理成纖維絲絨（細(xì)長纖維化），高濃磨漿減少纖維切斷，擠壓纖維細(xì)胞壁分裂，加速藥液滲透。
蒸煮時(shí)可增大裝球量，縮短蒸煮時(shí)間，減少化學(xué)品用量（用藥量占傳統(tǒng)蒸煮用藥的1/4）減少環(huán)境污染，以及利于下端工序的打漿，簡(jiǎn)化制漿流程，可實(shí)現(xiàn)清潔制漿。配合高濃度磨漿機(jī)，高效精磨機(jī)可制成不同漿種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的化學(xué)本色漿、全化學(xué)漂白漿、半化學(xué)機(jī)械漿、冷法高得率漿、機(jī)械漿。
