工作原理
經(jīng)撕碎后的物料經(jīng)螺旋輸送機(jī)傳至壓螺旋榨脫水機(jī),進(jìn)行壓榨固液分離,脫水后渣含水率70%左右,手攥不出水螺旋壓榨機(jī)的脫水過程分兩個階段,第一階段利用螺旋紋龍脫水,螺旋校龍分傳輸段、壓縮段和出料段三段,傳輸段保證物料平穩(wěn)進(jìn)入設(shè)備;脫水段螺旋葉片螺距逐級變小,內(nèi)徑逐級變大,從而使空間逐級變小,由于傳輸空間的逐級變小對物料形成逐級增大的壓力,強(qiáng)制物料體積縮小壓榨出水分,第二價段利用陽料裝置脫水,當(dāng)物料到達(dá)螺旋較龍出料段,螺旋絞龍會對物料施加軸向推力將其推出出料口,同時由背壓裝置加壓的阻料裝置會對即將被推出的餐廚垃圾施加反向作用力,從而形成擠壓力對餐酮垃圾進(jìn)行二階段脫水。

The dehydration process of a screw press is divided into two stages. The first stage utilizes a spiral auger for dehydration, which is divided into three sections: a transmission section, a compression section, and a discharge section. The transmission sectionensures the smooth entry of materials into the equipment; The pitch of the spiral blades in the dehydration section gradually decreases, and the inner diameter gradually increases, resulting in a gradually smaller space. Due to the gradual reduction of the transmission space, a gradually increasing pressure is formed on the material, forcing the material volume to shrink and squeeze out water. In the second stage, a material blocking device is used for dehydration. When the material reaches the discharge section of the spiral auger, the spiral auger will apply axial thrust to the material and push it out of the discharge port. At the same time, the material blocking device pressurized by the back pressure device will apply reverse force to the food and kitchen waste that is about to be pushed out, forming a squeezing force for two-stage dehydration of the food and kitchen waste.
