工作原理
ZGC高濃重質(zhì)除渣器是引進(jìn)國(guó)外技術(shù)，經(jīng)我公司技術(shù)人員研制開發(fā)的一種高濃度凈化漿料的除渣設(shè)備，用在餐廚垃圾預(yù)處理工段，可以高效去除餐廚垃圾漿料中的沙粒、蛋皮、骨頭、鐵塊等重雜質(zhì)。技術(shù)特點(diǎn)如下：
1、該機(jī)占地面積小，生產(chǎn)能力大；
2、安裝操作方便，可實(shí)現(xiàn)定時(shí)自動(dòng)排渣，將其安裝在漿料輸送過(guò)程中，即可達(dá)到除渣效果。
3、尾渣不堵塞排渣口，凈化效率高，漿料一次通過(guò)除渣器，不需尾漿處理設(shè)備，
4、推體耐磨耐壓，使用壽命長(zhǎng)。
